I’m a counselling social worker, and I help working and entrepreneurial women learn to manage stress with kindness so that they can cope well and feel better about themselves. You can learn more about working with me here. (P.S. If you’re a trauma survivor, the good news is that you don’t have to tell the story of what happened in order to feel better.)
