Individual Counselling for Stress or Trauma

Working one-on-one with me as a counsellor might be for you if

  • you want non-judgmental time and space to discuss confidential or sensitive issues.
  • you want to understand your “symptoms” (the things that bother you) and find ways to alleviate your distress

One-to-one Yoga-based Stress Management Program

The one-to-one Yoga-based stress management program might be for you if

  • you are interested in individual coaching so you can explore what yoga-based tools work for you to alleviate the impact of stress
  • you want to change what you can and learn to live as well as possible with what you can’t
  • you prefer a linear path and a structured program
  • you want a knowledgeable, non-judgmental and supportive coach who can help you implement tools and make progress
  • you want to cultivate a home-based practices and are willing to devote the time to do this

Group Yoga-based Stress Management Program

The Group Yoga-based stress Management Program might be for you if

  • you are interested in exploring yoga-based tools to alleviate the impact of stress
  • you enjoy the learning and support that arises from group interaction
  • you prefer a structured program
  • you have–or are willing to set aside–approximately an hour a week between classes to do homework
